About the artist

My artistic journey is heavily influenced by my Mediterranean family background, which encompasses a rich blend of Italian, French, Tunisian, and Hebrew traditions.

This diverse cultural mix has instilled in me a profound appreciation for the beauty of diversity, which I aim to express in both my personal beliefs and artistic creations.

I am delighted to have this opportunity to introduce myself and showcase my unique perspective on this platform.

As an artist, I am fascinated by various forms of artistic craftsmanship, including ceramics, textiles, calligraphy, woodwork, embroidery, and many more. I am always eager to learn and explore new techniques and styles, and my curiosity is insatiable.

My artistic education began early in my childhood when I studied classical foundations such as nudes, still life, pastels, and charcoals at BEAUX ART.

Later on, I attended summer classes at CORCORAN MUSEUM, where I was exposed to modern drawing techniques, inks, and charcoals.

I also had the opportunity to study the history of ancient and medieval cultures at the LOUVRE, as well as graphic design and ancient and modern Hebrew calligraphy at TECHNION.

Artistic Style:

To me, art is a medium to create one's narrative, and to achieve that, I enjoy mixing different techniques and inspirations. However, the results of my art are always open to individual interpretation.

I aim to create a balance in my artwork by combining abstract art and symbolism, which can help soften the brain's understanding. The brain may become lost when faced with non-figurative art, and it naturally seeks to identify shapes. By incorporating symbols such as leaves, letters, or geometric patterns, I aim to alleviate this cognitive burden.

Ultimately, my goal is to evoke emotions and perhaps help viewers uncover deeper messages from the soul.
